The thing about older cars is they tend to auto lock even tho your car is on. I unfortunately started my car and got out to grab something in the garage. When I came back out I realized the car is locked and still running. I messaged M&M since they were the closest to me, and I got a reply almost instantly. Within 10 minutes he was at my house and 30 seconds later I was on my merry way. Professional and courteous, I would highly recommend to anyone who's as clumsy as me.

Mike at M & M pro was great. He gave an honest quote right away after I sent him a picture of the doorknob lock I need open after my lockout. He promised to be onsite within 30 minutes and he was. Unlike other SHADY locksmiths I called prior to MM, they all needed to charge a service call of $29.99 and then tell you how much it would be to open the lock??! I even sent them the picture. Mike saw the picture and gave me a quote right away over phone and text and he was at my home within 30 minutes. Opened the door and I was in. He was a lifesaver. Mike was great. He provided an exact estimate and showed up within 30 minutes as promised. I called several locksmith before calling mike at M & M and they were ALL SHADY! I even sent them picture of the doorknob lock that I needed open and they told me that they need to see it in person before they can say how much. What????? I thought a picture spoke a thousand words. With this day and age of technology, they couldn't look at a lock from the picture and give me a quote. Others wanted to charge $29.99 just to come out to see it. Afterwards they will tell you how much. Yeah right,l. Anyhow, Mike was great. Reliable, on time and honest. I put out a Yelp! bid for a set of electronic door lock changes for an emergency domestic situation with my tenants, Mike was among the first to respond and gave a fair price upfront, no hidden fees, and accommodating to the urgency... (Other respondents wanted to know first what others charged, so they were not candid ) so i picked M*M. Appt today at 6pm .... Update after job completion .... so far so good ...... Update : Mike showed up a few minutes early and wen rightt to work dealing with the lock hardware and brought a lot of relief to the tense situation. He navigated his way through the complicated lock system with pass codes, fobs, keys, programming, admin set up, tenant set up, and even drilled holes, blanked out others to produce a custom fit. Great worker with good ethics and skill, he even fixed other doors that required slight adjustments. Very honest pricing, no hidden costs, no up sells,l ... and excellent clean up / haul away after work completion. A must call

I called few days ago to Mike to get a quote for replace my locks for my house because my keys got stolen.
Mike the locksmith guy show up after 30 minutes and did for me free inspection for my house.
He gave me fair quote for 6 new locks for my house + matching the keys for all the doors.
We scheduled again for same day around afternoon.
Mike came at 2pm and complete the job after 2 hours.
